Summary of the role

  • Responsible for Brand Development and eCommerce Channel Strategy, this includes Onboarding and Launch Coordination, Content Management, Promotion and Campaign Management, Inventory and Operations Management, Reporting and Performance Review
  • Work closely with the Brand while liaising with Marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee, among others
  • Coordinates daily with internal teams such as Warehouse and Operations, Creatives, Data, and Finance
  • The role is business-focused, requires advance knowledge and experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, distribution models and Brand management.
  • Responsible for managing the skill development and performance management of team members

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Launch Coordination
  • Assist Onboarding of accounts / provide support and resolves issues incurred in onboarding of accounts, Approves onboarding of accounts
  • Approves the consultation when needed
  • Content Management
  • Reviews and approves all content management (Marketing Assets, Shop in Shop and Online Store Merchandizing) Issues and items that require approval including the corrective actions submitted by Sr. Accounts Executive.
  • Promotion and Campaign Management
  • Reviews Promotions and Campaign calendar of Marketplace, provides activities guidelines of The Brands
  • Reviews implementation of promotional activity calendar and special events in their campaign pages and secures the required assets
  • Inventory and Operations Management
  • Assists coordination on transfer orders and inbounding of stocks
  • Manages & improves coordination on transfer orders and inbounding of stocks
  • Plans with Brand on inventory allocation on channels
  • Reviews and Approves recommendation for corrective actions on non-conformances.
  • Reporting and Performance Review
  • Approves periodic business review which includes,
  • Overall sales status sales (GMV) including order status, inventory, etc.
  • Store performance in terms of traffic, conversion rate, basket size, reviews etc.
  • Promotion performance
  • Product Evaluation
  • And submit it for final review by Commercial Head
  • Reviews and Approves the recommendations "

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorâ�?�?s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
  • Bachelorâ�?�?s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
  • Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet, etc)
  • Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional team
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong communication skills ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • High-energy with sound business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sales and technical aptitude and a desire to work in channels, emerging technologies, and startups
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
  • Self-driven, can take on and create new assignments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing Brands or Key Accounts, negotiate partnerships and conditions, define, and follow through on deliverables is plus
